If you own land and do not accept a Registered Title you can make an awarding to the Registrar of Titles to have the land registered.
To apply to annals your land the following documents must be submitted:
- An Awarding class prescribed by the Registration of Titles Act and signed by the bidder.
- A Statutory Declaration by the applicant to prove possession (a statutory declaration is a written statement confirmed by oath).

If someone has applied to register land that you have an estate or interest in, without your consent, you may order a Caveat against that Application past virtue of Section 43 of the Registration of Titles Act. The Caveat must be lodged within the time prescribed past the Referee of Titles in the advert.
Forms of Caveats are available at the Office of Titles. Yous must consult an Attorney-at-law to embark an action in Court in respect of the involvement claimed in the Caveat. Copies of the documents filed in Court must exist submitted to the Registrar of Titles within i month of the appointment that the Caveat was lodged.
Failure to notify the Registrar of Titles of the Court proceedings will result in the Caveat lapsing after one calendar month and the registration being completed and a championship in respect of the Awarding existence issued for the state.
